I’m a baby sleep consultant with a masters in psychology who believes there’s another way to do things. A way that’s evidence-based, trauma-informed, and highly personal. You don’t have to make your baby cry-it-out. 

You also don’t have to just lean into it and accept you may *never sleep again*. And you definitely don’t need to worry about doing it ‘wrong’.
