I’m Caylin, a baby sleep consultant with a Masters Degree in Psychology, and years of experience in the mental health field.
When my daughter was born I developed severe postnatal anxiety and depression. Oh cool, every other baby is sleeping through the night? Well MINE WASN’T so please shhhh and let me nap before I cry.
I needed help. But sleep consultants were expensive and underqualified.
The amount of wild sleep advice out there was nuts. Type “help, baby sleep, won’t, I’m tired” into Google and you’ll see what happens. (Don’t, it’s all nonsense.)
